How Are Neurotoxins Administered?
Preparation: After the treatment area is cleansed, we will mark the planned injection sites and discuss treatment expectations.
Procedure: Injections are done with tiny needles with minimal discomfort. We can use ice or numbing cream on request. By inhibiting muscle contractions, the neurotoxin helps to relax the underlying muscles that contribute to wrinkle formation. Post Treatment: The injection sites may be slightly raised and red for a few hours. Some people experience itching or headache following the injection; this is normal. Results will last approximately 3-4 months.
